We cannot be held responsible for any direct or indirect harm to yourself or others or to clothing and other articles from wearing our jewellery. If desired, we will gladly file or round any points or edges for you, but note that this will affect the look of the piece(s).

Returns are generally not accepted, unless the items are defective (e.g. due to damage during shipping) or if you have been sent the wrong order. In these cases, contact us at email@example.com and we will replace your order. Please verify your ring size before ordering, and if you have any questions about measurements, finishes or anything else, do not hesitate to contact us! Note that each piece of jewellery is carefully made by hand in our Montreal studio and thus may vary slightly from what is photographed on this website.
YUUN aims to create lasting pieces for your wear! However, if there are problems with your item from normal wear within two years of purchase, we will gladly repair or replace it. Defects occurring two years after purchase, re-plating in gold or replacing whole chains will be subject to applicable charges.
