Production time

Items are generally made to order, so please allow one to two weeks for your jewellery to be made before shipping. During periods of high order volume, production time may be up to three weeks, excluding shipping time.

If you need an estimated shipping date, or wish to submit a rush order, please contact info@yuun.studio. We'll do our best to meet your request! Please inquire for production times regarding wholesale orders.

Shipping

Orders are shipped insured via Canada Post within Canada and to the United States. International orders can be shipped insured or uninsured (and not tracked), by the preference of the customer. If you choose to have your order shipped uninsured, Arc Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items lost, stolen or damaged during delivery.  Expected shipping times and prices are as follows:

Domestic (Canada)

$10 / 2-7 business days

United States

$15 / 10-14 business days

International

Insured $40 / 10-24 business days                                                                        

Uninsured $15 (no tracking) / 10-24 business days

Taxes/Customs

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars, and applicable taxes are listed at checkout. US and international shipments may be subject to customs/duty fees upon arrival, and the customer is responsible for these fees.
